Shipping

To ensure that your package will be delivered correctly and that you receive it within the times we announce, please ensure that your address is correctly entered and that it includes all relevant and/or required information. Use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers and route information (where applicable) is essential to ensure timely delivery. We assume no responsibility for lost, misplaced or misdelivered shipments if the address provided is incorrect or mistyped at the time of purchase.

PROCESSING TIME
All orders are subject to a separate processing time, except for the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been picked up from our fulfillment center by the carrier. Order processing and shipping time is 15 to 30 business days.
Please note that orders may take 15-30 business days to France from the shipping date and 15 to 30 business days to the rest of the world depending on the final destination of the order. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are not refundable. If you refuse a shipment you will be responsible for the original shipping costs, plus the cost of returning the package to our warehouses. This amount will be deducted from any credit issued.

DELIVERY DECLARATIONS
If you notice non-delivery or the tracking information indicates that your package was delivered by the carrier but you have not received it, you must contact us within 7 days to make a claim at eshop@quinsai.com

We take no responsibility for packages that have been reported as having been delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms delivery.
