Shipping policy

To make sure your package will be delivered correctly and receive it within the time limits that we are announcing, please ensure that your address is properly registered and includes all relevant information and / or required. The use of abbreviations, street numbers, good building numbers and route information (if applicable) is essential to ensure a timely delivery. We assume no responsibility for lost, misplaced or poorly delivered shipments if the address provided is incorrect or misunderstood at the time of purchase.

All orders are subject to a separate processing time, with the exception of the time it takes for a forwarding to destination once it has been removed from our treatment center by the carrier. The processing and shipping time of orders is 10 to 15 working days.
Please note that orders can take from 10 to 15 working days for France from the date of shipmentand 12 to 20 working days in the rest of the worldDepending on the final destination of the order. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking information.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs are not refundable. If you refuse a shipment you will be held responsible for the original shipping costs, plus the costs of return of the package to our warehouses. This amount will be deducted from any credit issued.

Delivery declarations
If you notice a non-delivery or the tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered by the carrier but that you have not received it, you must contact us within 7 days to make a claim to Eshop @ Quinsai. com

We assume no responsibility for parcels that have been reported as having been delivered by the carrier. We do not issue any refund or credit for parcels whose carrier confirms the delivery.
